A luncheon to improve the lives of African women and their communities by providing access to clean water, sanitation, and hygiene; and to celebrate global female empowerment.

100% of proceeds support Voss Foundation’s efforts to provide access to clean water, sanitation, and hygiene as a means to enable community-driven development in Sub-Saharan Africa and to raise awareness of the ongoing need in the region. Proceeds from all 2017 Women Helping Women lunches will be contributed to the Charlot D. Malin Commemorative Fund in honor of our late board member.

WOMEN HELPING WOMEN
Women Helping Women (WHW) or “Kvinner hjelper Kvinner,” in Norwegian, is a Voss Foundation global, grassroots initiative that brings together champions of clean water to improve the lives of women and their communities worldwide. Since 2009, the WHW network has raised over $975,000 to fund water access points and sanitation facilities in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kenya, Liberia, Swaziland, and Uganda. In addition to Women Helping Women Hamptons, 2017 WHW events include San Francisco (March 13) and New York City (November 8).
