Founded by the directors of VOSS of Norway ASA as an independent 501(c)(3), Voss Foundation has offices in New York and Oslo. WOMEN HELPING WOMEN
Women Helping Women (WHW) or “Kvinner hjelper Kvinner,” in Norwegian, is a Voss Foundation global, grassroots initiative that brings together champions of clean water to improve the lives of women and their communities worldwide. Since 2009, the WHW network has raised over $985,000 to fund water access points and sanitation facilities in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kenya, Liberia, Swaziland, and Uganda. In addition to Women Helping Women New York City, 2017 WHW events took place in San Francisco (March 13) and Hamptons (August 7th).
